  Special shoutout to Jason, the Manager, for being accommodating & patient every step of the way. As my car was just about to be released to me earlier, the battery (lucky timing, must say) conked out, and he did advise me previously that it didn't have that long to last. So, despite him attending to reception duties & other tasks at the same time, he took it upon himself to offer to replace the battery within two hours. Even though he has been busy, he went out of the way to make sure I'd get anywhere as soon as I drive off. He is truly a champ and I hope there'd be more of him around!

  What a bad experience with their phone calls.i been phoned heaps of time no one answered.the guy work on reception doesn’t care about the phone calls.i saw him even he was just sitting front of a computer and customers were keep calling but he doesn’t answer the phone call.what a shame also they never care about the customer phone calls even they busy or quite huh

  Poor service. Only good when they present you the hefty bill. Car started giving problem in less than 2 months. Forget about any follow up call. I understand you are busy but have the courtesy to help customer with a different store if customer has relocated.

  We bought dodgy tyres 3 months ago and paid premium price for it. I don't mind paying premium if we got a good service. However, only expect over priced tyres with bad attitude service here!

  I just finished my 80K major car servicing with them today, and I must say I am fully satisfied not just with the workmanship and value for money (although can't be helped it was more pricey than I originally expected) but moreso with the quality of customer service rendered.
